Sarah Karaolides

Founder of Sarah Kay Skin Studio

From an early age, Sarah’s love for skincare was inspired by her mother and grandmother. While working her first job in fashion at Lord & Taylor, she found herself drawn to the beauty counters, exploring the latest innovations in skin health. Within her first year in New York City, she pursued that passion at the Aveda Institute, becoming its first full scholarship recipient.

Over the next 17 years, Sarah built a career that bridges medical and holistic skincare, focusing on a well-rounded, inside-out approach to skin health. She has worked at some of the most prestigious salons in New York and Los Angeles, where she rose to Head Master Esthetician. Twice named Allure Magazine’s Celebrity Esthetician of the Year, Sarah has also been featured on Bravo and in The Wall Street Journal. Her work has taken her around the world, treating leading figures in fashion, theater, and television.

Today, Sarah brings her expertise to Nomad as the founder of Sarah Kay Skin Studio—a sanctuary for personalized, science-driven skincare designed to deliver lasting results.
